On the afternoon of April 7th, BNUBS held the first professional training for administrative teachers in this semester in the conference room 9406 of the JINGSHI HOTEL, which injected new vitality and motivation into the administration work of the School. The training was delivered by Ren Yacai, Associate Secretary of the International Chinese Language Education Institute, and the theme was " Focusing on the Improvement of the Ability of Young Management Talents in the New Era". Han Lili presided over the training, and the administrative staff of various departments actively participated in the joint exploration of new ideas and new methods of administrative management.

Ren Yacai deeply analyzed and guided the administrative work from five aspects, combining theories and cases to make teachers fully understand the importance and necessity of administrative work. First of all, it was necessary to understand the job and the working environment, so that the administrative personnel have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and work objectives. Secondly, it was necessary to work inward to understand students' thoughts and guide and inspire them to better meet students' needs and expectations. Third, it was necessary to extend outwards, have calm and efficient communication skills and a responsible working attitude, and establish good cooperative relations with different stakeholders. Fourth, it was necessary to grow up and master their own work direction and goals, so as to achieve higher career achievements and personal development. Finally, it was necessary to root down, actively learn and think creatively, and stimulate the happiness and self-worth of loving work.

In addition, Ren Yacai also provided a list of books to encourage teachers to read more, learn more nutrients, and enrich their lives and professional development. The training was rich and clear, with both theoretical guidance and practical reference, as well as a focus on work-life balance. Through this training, the participants had a deeper understanding of their work and higher requirements and also more specific goals for their own career development clear. They all said that they would actively practice the ideas and methods spoken by Associat Secretary Ren Yacai in their future work, and make greater contributions to the healthy development and prosperity of the School.

--Feelings shared by some teachers in the School

After listening to Teacher Ren's sharing, I was inspired and also felt the charm of being an administrative teacher in a university. Teacher Ren was like a big sister to students. She did everything from the perspective of students, and was meticulous, observing and can feel the different mentality of students at different stages, and can give corresponding guidance and help in time. In particular, she correctly guided and inspired students' inner cognition through the way of sending books, which deeply touched me and is worth learning from.

-- Li Jingya, International Certification Office

In combination with her own work experience, Ms. Ren gave a detailed explanation of how to do student work and administrative work well from five aspects through cases, especially the communication and cooperation of different objects, which was deeply enlightening and fruitful.

-- Chang Xinyang, League Committee office

Ms. Ren shared the core topic of the focus on improving the ability of young management talents in the new era, and her insights were forward-looking, guiding and directional, which provided useful thinking and enlightenment for our university administrative staff. Reading is the premise for us to educate. Only by drawing nutrients from classic works, being thoughtful actors, learning to be teachers, and exercising excellent skills can we better serve students.

Lecture B: The Use of the Art of Photography to News Publicity

In order to improve the ability of teachers and students of the School to carry out publicity work and improve the quality of news photography and photography of the School, the School launched the second professional training on the afternoon of June 16. The School invited Mr. Qi Yuguang, a full-time photojournalist from the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the School. He has rich experience in photojournalism, and his works have been reproduced and quoted by news media such as China Daily, Guangming Daily, People's Daily, and Micro-Yan Education.

Figure 3 Qi Yuguang -- photography training

First of all, Teacher Qi Yuguang introduced the basic concepts of photography and news photography from an artistic perspective, emphasizing that photography is to express one's ideas and record important information through the camera. He then introduced the camera in terms of its construction, usage and main parameters. Then, Qi Yuguang introduced the composition method and shooting skills in detail. He explained the four basic elements of a camera: aperture, shutter, speed and white balance, and the characteristics of shooting when the corresponding value changes. Qi Yuguang combined the explanation with his own works, so that teachers and students actually felt the real image of the camera when the various parameters changed. He proposed that the most important thing in shooting is the feel and practical operation, and only by taking more shots can we adapt to various situations, and only by composing pictures in our mind and seizing the moment can we shoot good pictures.

As for photojournalism, Qi Yuguang explained that news photography pays more attention to typicality, authenticity, scene sense and visual effects in the new media environment. For conference photography, he first emphasized the accuracy of exposure and the principle of composition, and then captured the key links and key figures to shoot and record from a variety of angles. Finally, Qi Yuguang shared the humanistic care and standing awareness needed to be paid attention to in photography, so that teachers and students realized the rich life truth contained in photography.

Finally, the teachers and students raised common questions in daily work, and Qi Yuguang made corresponding answers to these questions. It is hoped that under the guidance of Qi Yuguang and with the active learning and participation of teachers and students, the quality of news photography in the school can be improved.

Teacher Qi Yuguang's training lectures combined aesthetic education with pragmatism. Through the decomposition of various elements of photography, he explained the composition and retouching in detail, so that the teachers and students present here could quickly get started and improve; At the same time, he combined his own work in the process of photography creation practice, gave students a lot of practical advice on activity shooting. I hope that we can continue to practice what we have learned today in our future work, record wonderful moments with the lens, and spread the stories of the School and China.

-- Zhang Huilin, Shoulder to shoulder counseling

Teacher Qi Yuguang has his own unique views on photography theory and practice. Throughout the training, he not only explained the connotation of photography itself aesthetically, but also gave a special explanation of photojournalism and camera operation. Photos are not only the transformation of light and shadow, but also the flow of time. Photos record the growth of each student and witness the development of the School. I believe that we will be able to record time with the camera in the future work and be the recorder of the School.

Lecture C: The Building of Efficient Execution

There is an old saying that goes “promise must be kept and action must be resolute”. It is the thought of "execution" in ancient culture reflected by Confucius in the Analects of Confucius. The executive power is of great significance to the administrative personnel of colleges and universities. The executive power level of the administrative personnel affects the effective operation of the affairs of colleges and universities and the long-term development of colleges and universities.

Figure 5 Cai zijun The Building of efficient execution

On the morning of June 30, the School invited Cai Zijun, a teacher from the Department of Human Resources Management, to the third professional training. The training theme was "Efficient Execution", aiming to help administrative personnel improve their work efficiency and management ability, and embrace work and life with a more efficient attitude. Han Lili first introduced Cai Zijun's professional background and teaching experience. She emphasized the importance of efficient execution in modern administrative work, and hoped that this training could stimulate teachers' thinking and let them discuss how to build efficient execution in practical work and improve work efficiency and management level.

Through three aspects, Cai Zijun gave teachers an in-depth understanding of the importance of effective execution and related skills. First, he introduced how to set high quality goals, and through his own and history's vivid examples, let the teachers understand the importance and significance of goals. Second, he explained how to maintain a sense of meaning, maintain vitality (energy), and maintain a learning mindset, thus ensuring a shift in behavior, further enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission of administrative teachers. Finally, he introduced how to improve the effect of actions in practical work, including core competence building, smart strategies and timely feedback, so as to help teachers know themselves more deeply, surpass themselves and optimize themselves.

Through this lecture, the teachers not only had a deeper understanding of efficient execution, but also mastered practical methods and skills, which can be applied in practical work. They have said that they will actively practice the ideas and methods in the future work, improve their work execution and management ability, deal with the relationship between the individual and the collective, enhance their competitiveness, and effectively ensure the smooth development of talent training work.

Mr. Cai's lecture was enlightening. He used a humorous way to directly discuss the various reasons affecting the efficient execution, which made people think deeply. Easier said than done is a common problem in work. Only by setting high quality goals, ensuring behavior transformation and improving the effect of actions can we achieve real efficient execution. Through this training, we need to examine and review the past work, and use the method of Teacher Cai's personal practice to face the challenges of future work in a more efficient attitude.

-- Li Ani, Alumni Work Office

Through this training, I have the following experiences: 1. Overcome procrastination and be enthusiastic about my work. In order to efficiently complete some work that you do not want to do or do not like to do, one is to find out the key points and difficulties of the work, find out the challenging part of yourself, and try to complete it, to give yourself a certain sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. The second is interest-oriented, which means to find out your own interest or research direction in the work, and then go into depth to discuss and give solutions to complete the work. The third is to overcome procrastination, arrange time to start work as soon as possible, and make a good work plan and complete it step by step. 2. Improve self-cognition, tap your own potential, overcome the fear of difficulties and actively face difficulties and find solutions. At this time, you can also learn from the opinions and ideas of colleagues and leaders, adjust your state, believe that you can successfully complete the task, and devote yourself to the work. 3. Review and reflection. You should re-review after the work is completed, refine the key points, summarize the experience and lessons, so that the fine management and procedural control of the work can be improved.

-- Zhang Li, MBA Education Center

Mr. Cai gave a lot of vivid cases in the lecture, telling us in simple terms what is executive power and how to improve it. Working on a goal that you can do is one way to improve executive ability, as is moderately "relaxing" in the midst of busy work.

-- Zou Rui, Graduate academic affairs

The series of training activities in this semester came to a perfect end, and the teachers and students said that they have benefited a lot. The series of training has expanded the knowledge and skills of administrative management, improved and strengthened the teachers' own responsibility. Building a first-class school of economics and management is inseparable from a professional, dedicated and efficient administrative team. We believe that after this training, every teacher will be able to work in a more professional and efficient manner to serve students and contribute to the cause of the School together.
